Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HAS Platform LLC (“HAS Platform”, “we”, “us”) services — including hasplatform.com, FlowDispatch, and TradeReach — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

HAS Platform provides AI-powered workflow automation software for home service contractors, including but not limited to voice dispatch, outreach CRM, claims management, and proposal generation tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to conduct business on behalf of any organization you represent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused features.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HAS Platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, or applicable anti-spam laws
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

TradeReach is intended for legitimate B2B relationship outreach. Users are responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with all applicable laws.

6. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize HAS Platform to send emails and read replies on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all emails sent through your account. You can revoke this access at any time. We will not use your Gmail data for any purpose beyond the features you have enabled.

7. Intellectual Property

HAS Platform and its products are owned by HAS Platform LLC. You retain ownership of your own data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services described. We do not claim ownership of your contacts, emails, or business information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAS Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outreach emails will achieve any particular business result.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your access will cease and data will be deleted per our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
